He has led the development of more than $14B of energy infrastructure, most recently as VP of Development at Gateway Power Group, which exited to a large U.S.-based infrastructure owner in 2023. His experience managing real assets for a farmland-focused investment fund gives him a practical command of land: how it is valued, acquired and positioned for long-term use.

Ashlee brings a trader's perspective and founder's approach to every engagement. Her background spans both sides of the energy value chain that data center projects depend on: as a merchant trader, managing proprietary risk in gas markets and structuring complex energy transactions; and as a founder and developer of greenfield, FERC-regulated infrastructure, including Tres Palacios Gas Storage, Leaf River Energy Center and Tioga LNG, each built for private capital and sold. She works fluently across the commercial and physical sides of a project, and understands how decisions in one shape the other.
